Altered Transcripts

Judge McBryde covers his transcription tampering by broadly stating that fifteen witnesses intentionally testified falsely, misinterpreted, or misunderstood what they heard at trial.

Eileen Brewer passed away in 2010 prior to completing the trial transcripts. This leads to several omissions and errors all of which are somehow conveniently slanted against Andy.

When Andy received the court transcripts, he found errors and omitted statements made by DEA agent Brown, IRS agent De La Santos, and Federal prosecutor Schattman. Both the DEA and the IRS testimonies were redacted.

Attorney Kirk Lechtenberger swore under oath that the court transcripts had been altered in at least four important areas.

Andy's home, his vehicles, both  businesses, and customers were searched for drugs. None were found. Not even paraphernalia. Andy has zero tolerance for drugs. Anyone who knows him, knows it.

The DEA has no evidence that Andy is linked to drug useage, sales, manufacture, or possession.
