Falsified Texts
The Grand Jury was shown only altered text messages and ultimately ruled against Andy. If they had seen the actual copies, it is extremely unlikely Andy would have ever been indicted.
Andy’s attorney Lechtenberger requested in writing the certified AT&T text messaging records from the prosecuting attorney Schattman but never received them.
Government surveillance timelines put Andy with Gerry for hours. Why would Andy text Gerry when he is already with him? They lost track of their own details. At least 49 of 89 text messages were altered and/or completely fabricated.
Fake times, fake dates, fake text messages and the US Government no longer has the actual documents supporting their claims? Andy's attorney couldn't believe it.
Andy passed his first of his two polygraphs with a score of +14 which is absolutely high. It only takes a +6 for a honest answer. The examiner concluded he told the truth.
Andy passed a second polygraph test which covered all important aspects of the case against him.
